Our authorized third-party vendors and partners have their own privacy notices which govern the use, handling, and disclosure of your Personal Information. For example, your interactions with social media sites, including any Personal Information you provide via buttons or links to these sites, are governed by the privacy notice of the social media company.

Although we accept the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not have control over other sites’ use or acceptance of Do Not Track browser settings or the Global Privacy Control signal.

Retention, Confidentiality, and Security of Personal Information

We store Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or further processing as described in this Privacy Notice; as we determine is necessary for business records; and as required under applicable law.

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your information. However, the Internet is not absolutely secure and, thus, we cannot promise guaranteed security. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. As applicable, we will comply with notification requirements for a security breach and may also notify you by email.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate change, or bankruptcy, we may share or transfer your Personal Information as part of a transfer of our assets to the acquiring entity.

Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect information from minors and the Site is intended for adults over the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us without your consent, please notify us at privacy@modernflooringservices.com. If we become aware that information is or has been submitted by or collected from a minor under the age of 13, we will work to promptly delete this information.

We will treat your continued use of this Site or our services following such notice as your acceptance of the changes.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Site infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access to them) from the Site by submitting written notification to our copyright agent designated below.

Counter Notification Procedures

Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter Notice must include substantially the following:

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter Notice.
